It was just an optimal selection for a city holiday in Johannesburg with incredible value for money. I received a nice suite upgrade as a Diamond member during my stay. Just be prepared for potential power outages—had a few during my visit.

Service was really good. I asked for a charger since I forgot mine, and a staff member lent me his personal one while I waited for mine to arrive,, that was incredibly kind. Also, the breakfast was top-notch with a fresh juice bar, really got my day going well.

Overall, it felt like the hotel prioritized certain guests over others, and I felt quite overlooked during my stay.

The restaurant serves some delicious food with lovely flavors, and don't miss out on the nearby eats like Bootlegger for a cozy vibe! The friendly restaurant staff truly make dining enjoyable, and the shuttle service is a real lifesaver to explore Sandton with ease.
